This story was a collaboration between A.J. Hill and her then primary aged children, ‘the junior authors’, The Story Snatchers was also written as a way to encourage her 8 year old son to read more challenging chapter books now that he had his new orange Irlen Filters. Weaving the adventure series together has been a wonderful experience for the whole family. The authors hope that this series will increase the awareness and understanding of Irlen Syndrome and also support and empower those who have been diagnosed.
